Bed Head Fully Loaded RSC
As an industry pioneer in the haircare space, Bed Head turned to Municipal to ensure their secondary packaging delivered the same results as their products.
Municipal created a custom 12-pack master shipper for Bed Head. This custom RSC was printed conventionally via direct print also known as flexo-printing. Municipal ensured the product arrived safely and intact to retailers.
Bala Bangle Power Ring Carton
As a one-of-a-kind fitness brand, Bala Bangles sought Municipal’s expertise to develop custom secondary packaging for their sleek 10 lb Power Ring weight.
Municipal’s in-house structural design team created a corrugated structure where the retail carton could withstand the weight but also showcase the product – revealing the top of the product on shelf.
The retail carton was die-cut and litho mounted. Finishes included Spot UV and feet to hold the product upright in-store.
Blue Box Butcher Box
Blue Butcher Box provides consumers access to the finest meats in Southern California. When it came time to produce packaging that matched the integrity of their product in a timely manner – Municipal was there to help.
Municipal produced this corrugated box via our two HS 125 Pro Vutek digital presses. The box was printed via 4-color process. The attached handle made it easy to carry both the box and the product.
Karma Tequila RETF
Karma, one of the top purveyors of tequila, sought Municipal’s expertise to produce a custom litho mounted shipper for their signature bottle. This litho mounted shipper featured 4-color process and a silver metallic PMS.
Due to the weight of the product, Municipal added a custom foam insert ensuring the product arrived safely and margarita ready.
Joico Vero K-Pak Color Kit
Joico delivers more than product, they deliver the Joi of healthy hair. Joico spreads this joy to clients and stylists alike. When it came time to develop the Joico Vero K-Pack Color kit for stylist, Municipal was ready to develop the perfect packaging.
The Joico Vero K-Pack Color kit was litho mounted and featured an easy-to-grasp black handle for salon professionals on the go. Municipal developed the packaging and fulfilled pack-out.
